Access All Areas

It’s obvious that it takes an incredible amount of coordination and organisation to host a British Eventing affiliated event, but do you really know what goes on behind the scenes to make eventing happen? Access All Areas days offer a unique opportunity to have a look behind the scenes.

These days are perfect for anyone who is looking to become a volunteer, someone who is new to the sport or someone who simply wants to know more about the running of a BE fixture. They aim to inspire and educate anyone with an interest in the sport to discover more and get involved. Eventing takes a huge team of people, including organisers, officials and volunteers, to make the sport run every weekend throughout the season, and our Access All Areas days provide participants with the opportunity to speak to some of those people who put the show and the road, and ask them as many questions as possible.

All attendees will be given a guided tour of the event, covering everything from the lorry park to the cross country control box. A cross country course walk with an experienced official, rider or coach will also be a part of the day, giving participants the opportunity to look at the track from many different perspectives!

Our Access All Areas dates will be updated on our Find A Course page.
