    It is with much regret that the British Eventing Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of our Chairman, Fiona O’Hara. A recent change to her own personal and professional circumstances means that Fiona feels she is no longer able to give the continued time, commitment and dedication required to carry out the role as effectively as she would wish to.

    Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) invites online entries from owners of former racehorses for the RoR Horse Personality of the Year award. The award celebrates former racehorses that have shown exceptional character in transitioning to a new career and have had a positive impact on those around them. Nominations are open now and close 29th November.

    The IT Steering Committee has been established as a committee of the BE Board with the stated aim “to ensure that all further work to develop and maintain the current IT systems, and consideration of any short-, medium- and long-term IT strategy, is carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner in alignment with the strategic objectives of BE and to support the delivery of sport.” 

  • British Eventing Membership Restructure 2022

    British Eventing are pleased to announce that there will be a restructure of their competing  Membership in 2022. Membership will be restructured into categories based on the level of competition the member is competing at with an additional Pay as You Go category for those who would ordinarily be competing on a day pass or only a handful of times per year.
