Website update - 06/03/2019
This week the British Eventing website scheduled three short periods of maintenance to install a variety of bug fixes and updates. The first maintenance occurred at 10pm on Monday 4 March, the second will take place after 11pm on Wednesday 6 March and the third at 10pm on Thursday 7 March.
The maintenance has been arranged to address some issues that members had been facing, along with other planned updates to the site. Going forward, regular sessions of website maintenance will be taking place as we continue to improve the site and implement updates and changes that were arranged for after the website launch.
PAYMENT ON APPLE DEVICES
A fix for the issue with payment on mobile and Apple devices is in development and the aim is that a long-term resolution will be implemented as soon as possible. In the meantime if you are experiencing any issues paying on mobile or Apple devices, please find a short-term solution HERE.
If you are experiencing problems with logging in, please continue to send your details to email@example.com (please include your name, email address used on your account and membership number), or call the office on 02476 698856.
We are aware that an issue has arisen whereby Points gained at competitions over this weekend are not showing on the website. The I.T. team are currently working to resolve this issue and Points should be fully showing shortly.

Although the new website works across a range of platforms, if you are using a PC/Android or Laptop the best browser to use is Chrome or Firefox, followed by Edge on Windows 10. Due to Internet Explorer no longer being supported by Microsoft, we recommend using another browser if you are accessing the site on PC/Android or Laptop.
The whole of the BE team, including those in head office and the regional staff, are doing all they can to support members and events through the challenges that we are facing, and working through any issues and questions submitted as quickly as possible.
A guide to some key processes on the website can be found in our How To videos.
