Team and Individual Silver for the NAF Junior European Squad

The NAF British Junior squad completed the European Championship in Maarsbergen, Holland in style today with five clear rounds, an individual silver and team silver.

Today, on the final day of the European Championships, we saw the NAF Junior team take on the challenging showjumping phase. First up for the British team was Saffie Osborne riding Lord and Lady Blyth’s Lakantus who rode a lovely clear round with just a few time penalties to add. Saffie finished on a score of 50.4 in 25th position individually.

Next up was Elicia Miller and her own A Sunny Bay, after a fantastic textbook round the duo completed another clear round for Team GBR to place on their dressage score of 38.4 in 19th place overall. Alice Casburn, riding individually on Caroline Casburn’s Topspin II, produced a smart clear round to finish on her dressage score of 36.4, climbing up to complete in 16th place.

Leilia Paske rode the course in style with the Paske Sydicate’s Billy McFee bringing home another clean score for the British team finishing on her dressage of 29.0, securing her a brilliant silver medal individually. Finally, for the NAF Juniors, Georgia Bartlett with her own Spano de Nazca demonstrated a masterclass round to secure her 4th place individually on a score of 29.8.
