Science Supplements Grassroots Foundation Points League round-up
The Grassroots Foundation Points Leagues, kindly sponsored by Science Supplements, are for horses and riders winning Foundation Points at BE90, BE100 and BE105 level, who are eligible to compete at the Science Supplements Cup. (This league excludes results gained in Open classes).
SCIENCE SUPPLEMENTS GRASSROOTS FOUNDATION RIDER POINTS.
Pippa Royle is thundering into the lead after winning 2 classes on North Star II already this season at Larkhill (1) and Bicton Area (1). She placed third with Hugo XII owned by Amanda Royle at the same events resulting in 56 points in the Science Supplements Grassroots Foundation Rider Points. Standing in second is Eva Carse who was crowned winner of the BE100 at Portman on her own Lisnafiffy. This combination also came third in the BE105 at Horseheath resulting in her total of 50 points. Holly Clarke and Katherine Stewart sit in joint third on 44 points. Holly has had a fantastic start to the season with Nico, with this combination winning the BE90 at both Oasby (1) and Norton Disney (1). Katherine Stewart is in joint third after winning the BE100 at Horseheath on her own Delightful Mr Clover.

Eva Carse may be lying in second place in rider points, but her Irish mare Lisnafiffy, currently lies in first place on 50. Lying in joint second on 44 points is Delightful Mr Clover, owned by Katherine Stewart and Nico, owned by Alex Clarke. As noted above, these horses have had an impressive start to the season all following very closely in the top three.
