New website update:16/02/2019
Please find the latest updates about the launch of the new website.
The new website uses the email address associated to your BE account and the password used on the previous website. If you are getting the notification ‘Email not recognised’ or are having any problems signing in, please email email@example.com with your full name and membership number and we will help to resolve the issue.
We are no longer using ballot numbers, instead each horse has a Ballott per month plus two super Ballotts for the full season. These are not visible under your horse’s account. If you are entering via the BE website you will just need to select from the drop down menu within the entry process that shows the available ballots for the horse being entered.
If you are entering on BDWP you will need to select Ballot or Super Ballot under the Special Options field, and then in the Notes Box type the month relating to the ballot sticker (i.e. March Ballot or April Ballot) or Super Ballot if you would like to use your super ballot.
Payment on Safari
Please ensure that your device has been updated with the latest software available. In the case of Safari on iPhone, we are aware that a specific security setting may be blocking users getting through the payment process. If you are experiencing this please go to:
- Listed under Privacy & Security: de-activate the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” setting
Fixture list view on mobile
We are aware that the fixtures list requires users to swipe across to view all of the information available, it has been flagged as an area to modify and will be looked at as soon as possible.
The historic training and volunteering activities, which are currently not available to view, are features that will be added in the future.
A project to improve horse genealogy is ongoing for the new website but in the meantime we will seek to reinstate the Dam and Sire information.
Extended office hours and website support
The team at BE HQ will be providing extra phone and email support with extended opening hours to help users with any questions about the new website.

- Sunday 17 February: 10am - 2pm
- Monday 18 February: 9am - 9pm
- Tuesday 19 - Friday 22 February: 9am - 7pm
