Baileys Horse Feeds Arena Eventing Champions crowned

The weather was kind to competitors at Weston Lawns on Sunday 23rd February for the Baileys Horse Feeds Arena Eventing Championship. Open to both BE Members and non-members, competitors in Arena Eventing first complete a round of show jumps immediately followed by a cross country course, finishing over a show jump 'joker fence' set at 10cm higher than the rest of the course.

Baileys Arena Eventing is the perfect pre-season competition, providing both show jumping practise and training over some of the technical elements of cross country, all on an arena surface during the winter months. Many members use this competition during winter months to prepare for the season ahead as it requires both skill and stamina to complete both courses.

2020 welcomed new open sections in the 90cm & 100cm to allow normally overqualified combinations to compete in this fun and educating competition.
