British Eventing is pleased to announce the combinations that will be joining the 2021 British Eventing Pony Development Squad.

The Development Squad identifies ponies and riders who have met the competition performance criteria for their age group. To be eligible for the Pony Development Squad combinations must be qualified to compete at CCI2*-S, and the invitation to join will be extended to other eligible combinations as the 2021 season progresses.

The British Eventing Pony Programme is both a competition and training programme designed to produce a team that will represent Great Britain at the European Championships in Strzegom, Poland, 11-15 August 2021, as well as to coach and develop riders for pony teams in the future. The Pony Programme also supports combinations as they work towards the National Pony Championships, held in 2021 at Belsay International Horse Trials.
