Course description

This will be a totally new course run on Sandy free draining land. It is flat terrain incorporating some woodland and most on parkland.

Entry Fees
Include VAT. VAT Reg No 829129120. A waitlist will be maintained.

International Entries
All entries must must be correctly entered on both the event entry system AND the FEI site.

Refund Policy
Withdrawals before Ballot Date - 100%. Withdrawals after ballot date no refund unless replaced - see rule 4.11.
To be eligible for a refund, as listed above, all withdrawals must be lodged with the Entry Secretary, and written confirmation (via email or letter) to be received before the start of the event.

Starting Fees
Payable on collection of numbers. A card machine will be available if required.

Stabling

On site stabling will be £110 including VAT for the duration of the event.

All offsite stabling payments to be made to the stable provider.

Entrance Policy
No passes other than those issued by The Eventing Spring Carnival will admit to the Event.
Owners will park in the lorry park.

BEDE Volunteers
Ballot stickers are not needed for volunteers at this event. Please indicate in 'Special Requests' if you helped in 2019.
All Volunteers must enter by ballot date to avoid the ballot, late entries will be added to the wait list.

We will run an owners marquee within the main trade stand area, so please do make use of this facility.

Accommodation and Catering

Regional/Street food court available on site. There will be an extensive trade village.

Classes and fees

The timetable will be subject to change. Currently we are planning 2* dressage to run on Thursday, with jumping phases on Friday. 3* and 4* dressage will run Friday and Saturday. Advanced Cross Country may run Saturday, with 3* and 4* jumping phases running Sunday.

OIU21 trial, ONU18 and U25 trial.

Prizes

The Polly Phillipps Memorial Trophy - £500 to the highest British rider in the Grantham Cup, irrespective of their score, who has not yet represented Great Britain on a Senior championship team (Olympic, World or European). In the event of equality the fastest cross country round will determine the winner. The winner will also recieve a framed photograph of the presentation.

1ST - 3RD PRIZE WINNERS OF ALL SECTIONS MUST ATTEND PRIZE GIVING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN PRIZE MONEY BEING FORFEITED. Rosettes to at least 10th and prize money to be confirmed.
