Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. FAXED entries will NOT be accepted. Online entries preferred.
INTERNET entries will be accepted on www.bdwp.co.uk/swc. A WAIT LIST will be kept if required. Please check BDWP on ballot date to see if we have balloted.
ENTRY AMENDMENTS by 11 Mar 2019 12:00 by confirming in writing either by email or letter. Any unpaid entries will be rejected at ballot date. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ENTRIES.
REFUND POLICY - 100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced will receive a full refund (plus VAT if applicable) subject to a £12 administration charge (plus VAT if applicable). Entries made after the Ballot date are not eligible for a refund. A waitlist will be held. To be eligible for a refund as above, withdrawals must be registered with entries secretary in writing or email before withdrawals date.
No changes will be made to entries after 11th March at noon.

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted.
DOGS must be kept on leads at all times. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants.
The course will be open for schooling and will be left flagged for three days after the event (weather permitting) Call 01295 780206 to book on the course.
