Course description

Portman Horse Trials will run over old turf on the Rushmore Estate.  New permanent fences were built including a water complex. Many new fences on the new site will create an interesting and varied course for all classes. Courses will be suitable for first-timers. Some routes may be changed.

Entry Fees
Entries are accepted online at www.britisheventing.com but if unable to enter online contact Wendy Evans on wendy@wendyevans.uk
If stabling is required please request and pay at time of entry.
If you require similar times to another competitor please ensure this is requested at time of entry and not after sectioning or times have been done.
Withdrawals by telephone must be followed by written confirmation by email.
 A waitlist will be maintained.

Refund Policy
100% refund will be given for withdrawals before Ballot date, 100% less £12 admin fee if replaced for same class (see Rule 4.11).  To receive a refund withdrawals must be received in writing by email.

COVID Refund Policy
If Event has to be cancelled after Ballot date due to COVID Restrictions, a 50% refund will be given up to 25 March, and 30% if cancelled between 26 March and 1 April 2021.  There will be no refund if Event is cancelled between 2 April and Start of Event on 6 April 2021

Starting Fees
Will be taken at time of entry but will be refunded if you withdraw.

Stabling

Due to Government Covid Restrictions there is no overnight stabling available.

Entrance Policy will be according to Covid Restrictions at time of Event -  If Spectators are allowed each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants.  For reasons of health and safety, disabled visitors are requested to book in at the Information Point and a pass will be issued and directions given as to where it is safe to watch the competition

All Terrain Vehicles/Motorcycles - will not be permitted.

Accommodation and Catering

All Catering and Accommodation will be according to Covid Restrictions at time of Event
The organisers cannot undertake to reserve hotel accommodation but there are several hotels in the neighbourhood. Hot and cold food available on site. Hot breakfast will be served from 0800 on both days.
