Internet Entries will be accepted on www.britisheventing.com.  If unable to enter online contact Wendy Evans directly - wendy@wendyevans.uk.  If you require stabling please apply at time of entry - all received entry and section details can be found on website and on www.eventingscores.co.uk
If you require similar times to another competitor please ensure this is requested at time of entry and not after sectioning or times have been done. Withdrawals by telephone must be followed by written confirmation by email.
Starting fees are payable at time of entry and will be refunded if entry withdrawn at any time.

Refund Policy
100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced will receive a full refund subject to a £12 administration charge if replaced for the same class, see rule 4.11.
A waitlist will be kept.

Covid Refund Policy 
Prior to ballot – 100% refund
Post ballot:

• From ballot to 14 days prior to the first day of competition –  60% refund
• From 13 days to 6 days prior to the first day of competition – 50% refund
• From 5 days to 3 days prior to first day of competition – 25% refund
• From 2 days to start of competition – no refund
