Once the event is full, entries will close and a wait list opened.Ballot stickers will not be needed.
Closing Date is Noon on 8th September.
The closing date will be the point at which abandonment insurance kicks in
Late entries may be accepted after the Closing Date, subject to space and a £10 + VAT late entry surcharge.Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled for reasons under the control of the organisers (as compared to abandoned), entry fees will be refunded, minus a £12 + VAT admin fee per entry
In the event of a cancellation due to the effects of Covid (all minus a £12 + VAT admin fee per entry):
i) 100% if cancelled prior to Closing Date
ii) After Closing Date 60%Withdrawal Policy
Refund policy for withdrawal of entry (unless replaced from Waitlist). All withdrawals must be notified by email to Sue Thompson at email@example.com (and by no other method). All refunds will be subject to a £12 + VAT admin fee per entry. Sums refunded are as follows:
i) Prior to Noon on 30th August – 100% refund
ii) Between Noon on 30th August to Noon on 6th September – 60% refund
iii) Between Noon on 6th September to Closing Date – 30% refund
iv) After Closing Date – no refund.
If replaced from the Waitlist there will be a 100% refund minus a £12 + VAT admin fee

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times (otherwise £30 fine to charity).

Accommodation and Catering
Refreshments will be available throughout the event, including the 'Frickley Arms' serving cask ale, beers, wines and fizz. We have several caterers including wood fired pizzas, ice creams and a coffee retailer.
