100% refund for entries withdrawn before the Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced in the same class and on the same day will receive a refund subject to a £12 administration charge. Entries made after ballot date are not eligible for a refund. If full a wait list will be held.

Please note the Organiser takes no responsibility for stabling and all rates/ arrangements to be made directly with the provider.

Must be kept on a lead at all times.
Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted free including the member plus all occupants to the event.
