Include VAT - VAT Reg No 371 320 876.
A waitlist will be maintained.
Please make cheques payable to ' RP Bell & Son '.
Cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back).
Refund Policy
See rule 4.11, Full refund for withdrawals before ballot date. NO refund after 23.03.2021 unless replaced from a wait list.
COVID REFUND POLICY If the event is cancelled due to COVID all competitors will receive a 50% refund.

£22 Novice and £17 all other classes
Stabling
Stabling onsite at Breckenbrough - £30 per night.
Please do not send stabling forms with your entry.

Entrance Policy
No passes will be issued as there is no charge for admission. Any donations greatly received and will be donated to North Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Volunteers/Helpers - Ballot stickers are not needed for the helpers at this event. Please indicate in the special requests box if you are helping at Breckenbrough.
All Terrain Vehicles/Motorcycles - will not be permitted except those used by authorised Officials.
Dogs - must be kept on leads at all times. Please pick up dog poo & put in waste bins. DO NOT leave hanging on fences or branches or lying on the floor.
