Renew Horse Season Ticket

Renewing a Season Ticket - For Horses that have Previously Been Registered

This page outlines the renewal process to follow if your horse has been registered with us before, whether on a Season Ticket or Day (or Training) Passes. If you buy a Season/Half Season Ticket in the same season that you purchased a Day Pass then you can buy your Season Ticket at the renewal rate.

Season Tickets can be renewed from December 1st each year (this is subject to change for the 2019 season),  or from May 18th each year for Half Season Tickets.  You will need to be a Full Individual or Owner member in order to buy a season ticket.

 The Online Renewal Process

  •  Click on Membership and My Details
  •   Insert your User Name and Password
  •   Scroll down your page until you see the horse's name
  •   Click on the word Purchase on the right hand side of the page
  •   Follow the process through to buy a season ticket.

Change of Horse Owner

If your horse has previously been registered to another member, you will need to change the ownership before you can buy the season ticket.  You need to send a completed Change of Ownership form into the office and you will need to get the signature of the previous owner on the form.  You can download a form and scan and email it to us when completed.

Forgotten your User Name or Password?

Ring us on 02476 698857 or click on the link below the Log in boxes on the My Details page to be sent a reminder.

Renewal of Horse Season Ticket by Paper

If you prefer to renew via a paper form you can download a horse season ticket renewal form or contact the office to be sent a form – there is an extra charge of £5 to renew via the office.
