Online entries are preferred on www.britisheventing.com with a £1.20 including VAT booking fee per entry. Paper entries with your cheque payable to East Cornwall Hunt Supporters Club to be sent to the Entries Secretary. A WAITING LIST will be held.
WITHDRAWALS, preferably by 6pm on Tuesday 25th April, to the Entries Secretary. REFUND POLICY - Full refund if withdrawn before ballot date. After ballot date, your entry fee less £12 admin charge will be refunded if your entry is replaced otherwise no refund. No refund if you entered after ballot date.
STARTING TIMES are available after 6pm on Thursday 27th April on 07765 184725 or www.britisheventing.com. Starting Fees include a programme.
Local stabling is available at £20.00 per night and can be booked online with your entry. Please ensure that your stabling is left clean and tidy.

All courses will be suitable for first-time competitors on slightly undulating parkland adjacent to the estuary. Always excellent going on light soil.
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
Hot and cold food will be available on site throughout the event. Accommodation information is available from the organiser.
In case of ABANDONMENT please phone 07966 788408. ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted. DOGS must be kept on leads at all times. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants, otherwise £5 per car.

Excellent lorry access all the way into the event. From Exeter take the A38 to Plymouth. Keep going over the Tamar Bridge (tolls only when leaving Cornwall, £1.50 for a car, £1.50 for a trailer, £3.70 or £6 for a lorry) then another 6 miles to the Trerulefoot roundabout. Take the first exit and follow the event signposts 2 miles to Port Eliot.
