CLASSES AND FEES
The majority of BE100 sections are on Saturday and the majority of BE90 sections are on Sunday.
Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 708 5122 51. INTERNET entries will be accepted on http://www.bdwp.co.uk. Send entries to the ENTRIES SECRETARY. Please make cheques payable to DJ Weymouth Ltd. Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. WAITING LIST - If entries are oversubscribed a wait list will be held. Please state on entry form if you do not wish to be wait listed. REFUND POLICY - 100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced will receive a full refund subject to a £12 (plus VAT) administration charge,see Rule 4.11.

Stabling is available locally and should be booked direct from a list of stabling providers which can be found on the website www.cumbriahorsetrials.com.

Rosettes to 10th for all sections. Prize moeny for BE90 & Be100 sections.
The Warwick Hall Cup offers a 2017 Grand Slam opportunity for any rider and hore combination winnng at each of the three fixtures at Warwick Hall and if this is not achieved it will be won by the competitor with the next best set of results from all three competitions. Open to competitors in all classes. Combinations are not permitted to revert down a class during the 3 events and a maximum of two BE80 wins to count.
Cumbria Challenge Trophy 2017 for highest placed Cumbrian rider/horse combination competing in BE80, BE90, BE100 & Novice classes (open classes excepted). Points can be accumulated at all the Cumbrian BE affiliated events, of which the best four scores will count. The 2017 trophy will be presented at The Mane Event Ball October 2017.
As a courtesy to our sponsors and officials, competitors or their representatives must attend prizegiing (smartly dressed), if not their prizes may be forfeited.
A free flowing cross country course running in the reverse direction to previous events and will be designed to provide variety for all the classes. The dressage and show jumping arenas will have been relocated where necessary after Warwick Hall 1.

ENTRANCE POLICY - No charge for BE Members and Cumbria Horse Trials Members. £10 per car on Saturday and Sunday.
Grid reference 4666 5695. Warwick Hall is situated on the A69 within the village of Warwick Bridge, 2 miles east of Carlisle. The event will be clearly signed. Please can all drivers indicate with sufficient warning that they will be turning into the estate. A one way system will operate on the estate roads.
