CLASSES AND FEES
All CIC2*/CIC3* dressage will take place in the Main Arena on Friday 24 March. All SJ & XC will take place on Saturday 25 March with SJ being held in the Main Arena.
*Competitors in International Classes only - Please note in addition to your entry fee at the time of entry you will be charged an extra fee of £16.00 for 2* Competitors and £22.00 for 3* Competitors. This is charged by the FEI for the Worldwide Equine & Human Anti-Doping Program. This fee will be refunded in full if your entry is withdrawn.
Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 106 901 341. Please make cheques payable to Burgham Horse Trials Ltd. INTERNET entries will be accepted on www.bdwp.co.uk/bg1 . Send entries to the ENTRIES SECRETARY. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). Please enclose separate DL size (22cm x 11cm ) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse (with horse's name on back). WITHDRAWALS by 20/03/2017 12:00 AM by telephoning 07814 056874. REFUND POLICY - 100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. 50% refund for withdrawals received in writing or email by late entry surcharge date replaced (entries that are replaced in the same class and same day will receive a full refund (plus VAT) subject to a £12 administration charge) - see Rule 4.11. A wait list will be held.

INTERNATIONAL PRIZE MONEY- May increase according to sponsorship and entries, but below is minimum level.
CIC3* - 1st £1,000. 2nd £600, 3rd £350, 4th £250, 5th £200.
CIC2* - 1st £500, 2nd £300, 3rd £175, 4th £125, 5th £100.
Prize giving will take place unmounted outside the Sponsor's marquee. In respect to our Sponsors please attend prize giving smartly dressed.
Prize Money National Classes: All classes will receive prize money at lower limit. Also prizes in kind for some sections depending on sponsorship.
Rosettes to 10th place
March 2017 will follow broadly the same route as the Spring 2016 fixture. All courses will be relevant to the level and time of year. As always - the ground will be of upmost priority and its preparation. All relevant machines including the Agrivator and Verti-Drain will be available and used if required. Some new fences will be added as part of continuing development of the cross country.
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
OWNERS Owners of competing International horses are invited into the Sponsors' Marquee on Friday for complimentary lunch. Discounted Hospitality is also available to owners of competing horses throughout the weekend. Please contact Sponsorship Co-ordinator Stephen Hardy (details as above) for more information.

ENTRANCE POLICY - This is an International event. Please see website for specific entrance policy for general public. Riders/Owners of competing horses will obviously gain access to the event but may require e-tickets. Please see website www.burghamhorsetrials.co.uk
