Event Information

CLASSES AND FEES

Some Dressage may take place the day before - please tick appropriate box on entry form if able to do so. BE100 will run both days. Please state clearly which day you prefer to run.

ENTRIES

INTERNET entries will be accepted on http://www.bede-events.co.uk.  Please make cheques payable to Berkshire College of Agriculture and send entries to the Event Secretary at the above address.  Any unpaid entries at ballot will be rejected.   A Waitlist will be maintained.  WITHDRAWALS by 06/06/2017 12:00 AM by emailing  entries@bedeltd.co.uk. REFUND POLICY - 100% refund before Ballot Date. After Ballot date - no refunds unless replaced - see Rule 4.11. 
STARTING TIMES are available between 08/06/2017 6:00 PM and 08/06/2017 8:00 PM at http://www.bede-events.co.uk.  Start fees include a programme and are payable on collection of numbers. 

STABLING

Local stabling is limited but available at £22.00 per night. Send stabling form and cheque, payable to BCA to Equine Events Co-ordinator, Berkshire College of Agriculture, Burchetts Green, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 6QR, United Kingdon.  Stabling fees will be refunded if the event is cancelled.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Significant changes to all courses are under way for this year. Several new fences will be included on all courses. Berkshire College's course runs over gently undulating permanent pasture, includes a water pond in all classes and is designed to be a fair test for the less experienced horse.  There is a new loop to the BE90 and new jumps for each course.  Every effort will be made to ensure good going on the cross country course, dressage, show jumping and warm up areas.  All will be aerated and watered as necessary. The outdoor school will be used for show jumping if nececssary.

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card or Organisers and Officials car pass will be admitted including all occupants.

LOCATION

Grid reference SU833818. Berkshire College of Agriculture is located just off the A404 linking Junction 8/9 (M4) and Junction 4 (M40).  Access to BCA is via the A404, please do not use Burchetts Green Road as this is not suitable for horse boxes or trailers.
