There are many levels of sponsorship that can be arranged for your event to help offset running costs. These can be broken down into title sponsorship, prize money sponsorship, section sponsorship and individual cross country fences. It is possible to be creative with sponsorship and its activation so look at your event's assets and assess if they have potential to interest a sponsor.
Success on obtaining sponsorship for your event is entirely dependent on what you have to offer or sell. This can be time consuming and hard work, but worth it for the return on investment that can be achieved.
Although the responsibility for obtaining sponsorship primarily lies with the event organiser, British Eventing has tools to help the process.
