Regional Development Officers

Introduced in 2016, the new Regional Development Officers (RDO)  work closely with the Regional Committee members and the overarching T&E Committee and T&E Team at BE Headquarters, coordinating and administrating training courses in their region.

They  also form part of the new Regional Committees, created to implement T&E policy at regional level, these are made up of a Regional Chairman, Rider Training Organiser, U18 Regional Coordinator, U18 Coach and Coach Educator. The new regional arrangement has also aligned the T&E programme more closely with the other BE regional boundaries to work towards a more coordinated and collaborative organisation.
