If you have ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at a BE Affiliated Horse Trial then come along to AAA at Kelsall Hill Horse Trials. We will be visiting all the key areas and meeting the officials that run the event. You may have thought about being a volunteer but are not sure what is involved.

This day has been made possible using funding from the British Equestrian Federation (BEF), provided by Sport England.

Kelsall (2) in September would be an excellent Wobbleberry destination so we will also be walking the 80(T) track and as they have run the day before we will be able to have close access to the fences. Richard Carruthers, one of very popular BE accredited coaches, will be conducting the course walk.

  • Trainer

Fiona Saxby is the Regional Development Officer for North Wales and the West Midlands and is also a BE Scorer, Entries Secretary and Organiser of the Baileys Horse Feeds Jump Training Series. She can offer you an insight into what goes on behind the scenes at all the key places around the site.
