    Judge your xc speed including learning how to use a stop watch and the xc course walking app.

    Practise the technique over BE xc course.

    Suitable for all levels but particularly relevant for those progressing to BE Novice.

    First Group Starting 2.30pm
    Groups of 4 to 5 riders
    1 1/2 hours per group.
