Schools Pyramid Training - D/SJ/XC - Ampney Down Farm, Gloucestershire

Recommended for those who have not competed at 90cm level or are new to British Eventing competitions. This series of training courses is designed for those working towards the Schools Section of the BE90 class at Calmsden Horse Trials in October. 

The sessions on this date will consist of Dressage, Show Jumping a course, getting the basics right to allow the rider to build on a firm foundation to progress, and then practicing some all-important cross country techniques. If you would like to concentrate on one discipline in particular, please indicate this in the 'special requests' box when booking.

This training consists of two sessions, incorporating flatwork, show jumping in a controlled environment, one cross country on the course - great value!! 

Carolyn Rowe, BE accredited coach, has taught schools teams since 2008 and is familiar with the necessary learning required to build on good basic skills/ training methods. She has represented GB at 3* level,  has been a regular competitor in the past winning the coveted Pony Club Horsemastership award for Show Jumping and winning a 2* Three Day Event amongst various other successes

Approx 1 hour - 1hour 30mins Dressage sessions in a controlled environment followed (after short break) by approx. 1 hour 30 minutes spend working on show jumping skills in groups of 3 or 4, throughout the day, starting at approx. 9.00 am. Times to be notified nearer the date
