    "Losing your cool...or staying cool?"

Different situations can create anxieties or pressure for riders, be that stepping up a level, a qualifying event, or competing for an owner or a team. This session is ideal for riders who want to control their nerves and improve performance consistency.

This 2-hour unmounted group workshop is for riders at all levels and will cover:

    - Creating awareness around your ideal performance state

    - Learning how the brain operates under pressure situations

    - Learning strategies that will help you to combat nerves, take control of your emotions, and build confidence in performing under pressure

Come and learn about sport psychology principles and techniques through theory, discussion, and practical activities; ask questions in a supportive environment, and network with fellow riders.
