A 90 minute group session suitable for all levels looking at the following:

    Do you ever:

    -          Finish your schooling session feeling frustrated or dissatisfied?

    -          Lose focus or momentum during training?

    -          Feel unprepared or flustered at competitions?

    -          Consider your aspirations too far from your reach?

    -          Become overly self-critical and compare yourself with others?

As chilly winter days draw in (and when riding in the rain and losing all sensation in your toes becomes customary!), the 2014 eventing season can feel like a very long time away.

Beat those winter blues and learn how to gain a competitive edge for next season!

This unmounted group workshop aims to equip and energise riders with mental tools and a fresh perspective, to accelerate learning and build positive momentum over winter training and competitions. The key objectives are to develop riders’:

    -          Planning, focus, and motivation for training and/or competing over the winter months

    -          Feelings of control, confidence, and self-belief in achieving personal goals

    -          Rate of performance improvement using practical mental tools

Come and learn about sport psychology principles through discussion and practical activities, ask questions in a supportive environment, and network with fellow equestrians.
