The Virbac 3D Worming BE80(T) Cross Country Technical Merit explained

The Virbac 3D Worming Technical Merit is set to reward BE80(T) competitors for good cross country riding and is given to riders that have:

  • Finished cross country closest to the optimum cross country time (without time penalties) and,

  • Achieved a double clear (i.e. no jumping or time penalties in the show jumping and cross country phases)

Please note the Technical Merit is a way of recognising good riding; there is not a physical prize or requirement to attend the BE80(T) prize-giving at an event unless you have been placed, however all winners of the Technical Merit will be listed on the Virbac 3D Worming technical merit table. At the end of the season all competitors on the technical merit table will be entered into a free prize draw to win a fantastic £500 bursary from Virbac 3D Worming, to be spent on additional training with an accredited coach.
