Incredible line-up of hosts announced for the British Eventing Masterclasses

The British Eventing Charitable Foundation Masterclasses return this winter with an incredible line-up of World Class coaches, international riders and decorated Olympians, who will be giving their advice, exercises and insider knowledge based around the theme of ‘training for the top’ to help you achieve your ambitions. British Eventing is pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for the BECF Masterclasses with Kristina Cook, Caroline Moore, Christopher Bartle, Lucinda Green and Andrew Nicholson.

Kicking off on 6th November, the British Eventing Charitable Foundation will be hosting an evening, unmounted, Masterclass with Caroline Moore. Not only is Caroline a Fellow of the British Horse Society and Master BE Coach, but is National Junior Coach of the current Junior European team silver medallists and home coach to the newly-crowned World Champion, Ros Canter. Caroline will be sharing her secrets for success at The College Equestrian Centre, Keysoe, from 6.30pm on Tuesday 6th November.

Also presenting on 6th November, World Class Performance Coach Christopher Bartle will be at Aintree Equestrian Centre in Liverpool from 7.00pm, delving into some of the training systems that helped the Senior British eventing squad secure both team and individual gold at this year’s World Equestrian Games.
With two Olympic bronze medals, and a top ten finish at the 2018 World Equestrian Games, British team stalwart, Tina Cook, needs no further introduction ahead of her Masterclass on 28th November at Merrist Wood in Surrey. From 7.00pm, guests will be able to watch some of the exercises that Tina uses to help her horse’s successfully progress through the levels and achieve their potential.

Lucinda Green MBE, takes the next Masterclass to Kingston Maurward in Dorset on 14th December at 7.00pm, for an evening of training exercises to help you reach your eventing goals. A highly sought after coach, Lucinda has represented Great Britain on World, Olympic and European eventing teams; winning team and individual gold at the 1982 World Championships, team silver at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games and a multi-medallist from multiple European Championship appearances.

Based in Great Britain for over 20 years, New Zealander Andrew Nicholson holds the record for the most Mitsubishi Motors Badminton completions at 37 and has won the Land Rover Burghley title five times. The Scottish BECF Masterclass will provide a unique insight into the training techniques of one of the most successful international riders at the Scottish National Equestrian Centre, Broxburn, on 16th February 2019.

No matter what level you are competing at or aiming for, the British Eventing Charitable Foundation Masterclass will inspire and educate in successful riding and training. Each evening will focus on the importance of training in preparation to go eventing; showcasing a clear system for training horses and riders to enable successful progression through the eventing levels. The evening will appeal to not only riders wishing to learn and develop their eventing skills but also fans of the riders and the sport.

These masterclasses count as CPD for British Eventing Accredited Coaches and The Pony Club Coaches.
