Welcome to British Eventing Sponsors in 2018

We are again pleased to welcome on board our loyal sponsors for 2018.

Mitsubishi Motors continue their sponsorship of the popular Mitsubishi Motors Cup which this year takes place on 1st and 2nd May. On the eve of the Badminton International Horse Trials combinations at BE90 and BE100 level will compete for the BE Championship title and the chance to drive away a brand new vehicle from the Mitsubishi Motors Range as part of the impressive prize package.

Title sponsors of the British Junior Programme and Team, Racesafe, will again be supporting the next generation of riders through the identification and development of talented junior riders and their horses. The Racesafe Junior Programme will help potential combinations for the 2018 Junior European Championships along with the Racesafe National Junior Championships hosted at Brand Hall in early June.

The British Pony Programme and Team see the return of long-term sponsors Charles Owen, as up and coming riders prepare for both the European Championships for Ponies – this year hosted at Bishop Burton in East Yorkshire - and the Charles Owen National Pony Championships at Brand Hall. The Charles Owen Pony Programme will help develop riders for both Championships in 2018 but also combinations with the potential to represent GB on future Pony teams.

Calver Wealth Management will be supporting rising equine stars and British riders through their continued sponsorship of the 2* League. Open to horses aged nine years or younger, ridden by a British rider and never at three or four star level; the Calver Wealth Management 2* League sees eligible combinations amass points from two star competitions, both CCI and CIC, in Great Britain, and at the end of the season both the rider and owner of the winning horse receive a generous shared prize fund thanks to Calver Wealth Management.

Riders at 1* level will again be vying for a place at the top of the Gatehouse 1* League which sees the top five sharing a generous haul of prizes including Gatehouse and Rodney Powell and an invitation to a training day with a top Gatehouse sponsored rider. The Gatehouse 1* League is open to riders who have never ridden at 3* level and points are won as a horse and rider combination at CCI and CIC1* events in Great Britain.

Training & Education

The Mark Todd Collection continue their support of the BE Bridging the Gap Programme and Scholarship which has helped many riders make the confident step up and improvement at Advanced and 3* level. Initiated by BE Accredited Coaches Lizzel Winter and Gill Watson, the Mark Todd BE Bridging the Gap Programme run a series of training courses and course walks throughout the season for riders wanting to move forward and achieve their eventing goals.
Along with Keyflow, The Mark Todd Collection also generously sponsor the Mark Todd Bridging the Gap Scholarship with invites riders, who have taken part in the Programme, to apply for the chance to be awarded the scholarship that includes feed, clothing and training and mentorship from the excellent Bridging The Gap Coaches.

Equitility returns as an Associate Training & Education sponsor with a specific focus on supporting the Course Build and Design training days offered by BE.

Along with the returning sponsors for 2018, BE have announced new sponsors joining this year; the British Young Rider Programme and Team welcome NAF as title sponsors (read more HERE), Land Rover become Official Car Supplier to the three Olympic equestrian disciplines, BE, British Dressage and British Showjumping (more HERE) and the BE80(T) training and Technical Merit are joined by Virbac 3D Worming (more HERE).
