Job Opportunity: British Eventing Human Resources Administrator

British Eventing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the successful candidate will administer personnel records for both internal staff and external contractors and volunteers.




Key responsibilities include:

Personnel administration

  • Prepare offer letters and contracts
  • Maintain personnel files for all staff
  • Administer Pension, Private Health etc.,
  • Maintain Handbook
  • Liaise with Accounts Assistant for administration of payroll



  • Prepare and send out annual contracts and amendments for BE officials and others
  • Prepare deployment/fee schedules for Officials and check invoices/expenses claims


General administrative duties as requested by the Chief Operating Officer.

The role is part time of 10 hours per week (ideally spread over three days) based at our offices at Abbey Park.
