Update to the 2017 prize list for the BE Arena Eventing Championship supported by Treehouse Sporting Colours
Innovative safety stirrups join the prize package for 2017 BE Arena Eventing Championships
BE last week announced the support of Treehouse Sporting Colours of the 2017 BE Arena Eventing Championships, hosted at Aston Le Walls on the 11th March 2017, including the fantastic prizes on offer to qualified combinations.
In a change to the prizes announced this week, second place will now receive a pair of the Australian designed Bostock Safety Stirrups, an exciting new product available through Treehouse Sporting Colours, to accompany the £75 BE training voucher. Along with a Helite Air Shell Gilet worth £455, Champions at each level will take home a Full BE Membership for 2017 and a horse season pass with third place winning one pair of the award winning Aerochill Cooling Boots and a £50 BE training voucher.
The popular Arena Eventing series has seen a pilot relaunch in 2017, this time with the Championships being the culmination of 10 British Eventing run qualification competitions held across the country.
Arena Eventing is a two phase competition held at BE80, BE90 and BE100 heights, with competitors jumping a course of show jumps, immediately followed by cross country fences. To finish, riders must tackle the joker fence, a show jump approximately 10cm higher than the rest of the course, incurring six penalties should it be knocked down. The top 15% of riders in each class will qualify for the prestigious Championship, kindly sponsored by Treehouse Sporting Colours, on Saturday 11th March at Aston Le Walls.
