CLASSES AND FEES
All CIC classes will do dressage on Thursday and SJ and XC on Friday.
Competitors in International classes only - Please note in addition to your entry fee at the time of entry you will be charged an extra fee of £16.00. This is charged by the FEI for the Worldwide Equine & Human Anti-Doping Program. This fee will be refunded in full if your entry is withdrawn.
Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 175 4857 68. Please make cheques payable to FLOORS CASTLE OUTDOOR EVENTS LTD. Send entries to the Entries Secretary. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). INTERNET entries will be accepted on www.bdwp.co.uk/flr. WITHDRAWALS by 08/05/2017 by telephoning 01738 880245 or email email@example.com. REFUND POLICY - 100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, entries that are replaced will receive a full refund subject to a £12 administration charge. Entries made after Ballot Date are not eligible for a refund. We will operate a Waiting List.

Stabling at Kelso Racecourse £12.50 plus VAT per night for horses in CIC Classes, £30 plus VAT per night for horses in National classes. For stabling details please refer to event website www.floorscastlehorsetrials.com Competitors requiring stabling must send form and payment to Jill Ramsey, Wester Wooden Farm, Kelso, Roxburghshire, TD5 8LQ. No refunds for stabling fees after ballot date. Stabling cancelled prior to ballot date will be refunded less a £10 admin charge. Cheques made payable to "FLOORS CASTLE OUTDOOR EVENTS LIMITED". If the event is cancelled stabling fees will be refunded less a £10 admin charge.

Rosettes to 10th place.
This year we have two new trophies, specifically the McLeod Trophy and the Scottish Equestrian Burgie Trophy which will be presented at the BE Ball in November to the highest placed Scottish rider in the CIC1* and CIC2* respectively. Other trophies will be presented to the winners of a number of other classes in line with previous years.
In 2017 we are delighted to announce the 'Dodson & Horrell' Ducal Challenge, whereby any rider who can win the CIC** at Floors Castle and subsequently, in the same weekend, win a CIC*** at Chatsworth International Horse Trials will be awarded a bonus prize of £500.
Run over flat parkland on old permanent pasture. All courses are considered to be bold but fair.

Lots of restaurants in and around Kelso. Hot takeaway food providers will be on site at Kelso Racecourse every night for those stabling.

ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including the member plus one occupant to the event. Entry for non-BE members £7.50 per pseron. Free entry to children under 16.
