CLASSES AND FEES
Some Dressage may take place the day before - please tick appropriate box on entry form if able to do so. Please ensure the date you can compete is clearly shown on your entry form.
Intermediate and Novice competitors only able to compete on one of the days their class is running must make this VERY CLEAR on their entry form. Otherwise it will be assumed all competitors are happy to run either day.
Either Dressage or Show Jumping will take place on the new all-weather arena.
Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 608 417 053. Please make cheques payable to WASHBROOK FARM LTD. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse.
INTERNET entries are preferred on http://www.bdwp.co.uk. Internet entries must be paid by ballot date or entries will be rejected. FAXED entries will NOT be accepted. If you require similar times to another competitor, please ensure that the entries are posted in the same envelope and you refer to each other on the entry forms.
WITHDRAWALS by 05/05/2017 12:00 AM by telephoning 07721 551713 or email email@example.com. REFUND POLICY - No refund after ballot date unless replaced - see Rule 4.11. If the event is over subscribed a wait list will be held.
STARTING TIMES for the first day are available from 08/05/2017 6:00 PM with other days to follow on http://www.bdwp.co.uk and from 07721 551713. Starting Fees payable on collection of numbers (cash preferred please).
Please book stabling on line when making your entry. The cost is £40 per night, of which £10 is a deposit which will be refunded at the Secretary’s tent on site once your stabling has been checked. Onsite stabling will be allocated on a first come first served basis, and thereafter local stabling will be allocated. All stabling is on straw. If you require shavings please bring your own and inform the Stabling Manager by email. No refund of stabling fees after late entry surcharge date. If the event is cancelled, a full refund of unused stabling will be made.
The British Intermediate Championship Qualifier. OIu21 - This class will incorporate a Young Rider Trial.
BE100: prize money will be awarded PRIZE MONEY: Lower Limit. ON - The winner will receive the Fiona Lees Memorial Trophy.
Aston-le-Walls will continue to provide educational, varied, well presented fences at all levels. Courses will be varied and will incorporate more new fences for 2017. We have our own irrigation equipment so all courses will be watered as necessary.

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted.
HELPERS - Competitors able to provide help on the day in some capacity will receive some priority in the event of a ballot.
WASHBROOK FARM is home to a shooting enterprise, therefore dogs must be kept on leads at all times. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants.
