BE100 will run predominately on Wednesday and BE90 predominately on Thursday

Please make cheques payable to SAPEY CROSS COUNTRY COURSE. Separate cheques are NOT required for each horse. Include stabling fees with entry fee. Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse.

WITHDRAWALS by 07/04/2017 12:00 AM by telephoning 07966 921255 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. REFUND POLICY - 100% up to ballot date, thereafter the entry fee will be refunded less £12 if the place can be filled - see rule 4.11. A WAIT LIST will be maintained.

Local stabling is available at £20.00 per night. Stabling includes straw. If the event is cancelled or abandoned the stabling fee will be refunded.
PRIZE MONEY: BE90, BE100 & Novice classes will receive Lower Limit Money plus £10. BE80(T) - Prizes in kind. In addition all Classes will receive a Sapey Voucher.
Sapey is an established course and Lucy McCarthy (Course Designer) intends a new layout for Sapey (1)and changes for Sapey (2). To include varied features including a water complex, ditches, quarry and sunken road. A good, inviting, educational & straightforward course suitable for first timers as well as having technical challenges for more experienced horses. Fences ranging from 80cm to 110cm (BE Novice). The ground is old turf and, if necessary, an Equivator will be used when and where required to ensure good going. Sapey is among the best spectator courses in the country and is close to all phases from the lorry park.

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted.
DOGS must be kept on leads at all times.
HELPERS - Competitors able to provide help on the day to steward, fence judge or in some other capacity will receive some priority in the event of a ballot.

From the South M5 Junction 7 take the A44 to Bromyard. Do not follow SatNav off the A44 turning right through minor lanes. Continue on A44 until you reach top of Bromyard Downs then turn right over the Downs to B4203 then take B4203 for 5 miles. Turn left to Wolferlow.
From North - M5 - Junction 5 - Droitwich. Take A38 onto A4133 at Holt Heath - A443 towards Tenbury Wells. At Great Witley onto B4203 go approx 6 miles, through Upper Sapey for 1 mile then turn right for Wolferlow.
Please note: One-Way Traffic System for Boxes and Trailers.
ENTRY - Please come in from the B4203 ONLY. There is NO ACCESS from B4214 (Stoke Bliss/Kyre). From Tenbury Wells do not follow SatNav on to B4214. You must take B4204 towards Clifton-upon-Teme, then B4203 to come into the event
EXIT – All must turn right on exit and go via B4214 until 3pm or thereabouts
Please note the One-Way will not apply to other road users so please proceed with care on the Wolferlow Lane
