CLASSES AND FEES
Some Dressage and SJ may take place the day before. Preference will be given to those who state they can do dressage the day before. BE100 and Novice will run on Friday and Saturday. In the event of a ballot preference will be given to those who can do either day. We reserve the right to transfer Intermediate horses into the OI section if necessary. Some AI may have dressage on Saturday. The CIC* and The Pony Trial will take place overnight Sat/Sun.
* Competitors in International Classes Only - Please note in addition to your entry fee at the time of entry you will be charged an extra fee of £16.00. This is charged by the FEI for the Worldwide Equine & Human Anti-Doping Program. This fee will be refunded in full if your entry is withdrawn.

REFUND POLICY - 100% refund for withdrawals before ballot date, 50% for withdrawals until 6th March unless replaced - see rule 4.11.

Stabling will be on site £45 per night. Only straw will be provided. NO REFUNDS AFTER 6th March. Aldon's course is all grass undulating parkland, and the going excellent in all weather. Only snow on the course should prevent Aldon running. Difficult fences have easy alternatives. Excellent viewing.

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted.
The event is run in aid of local charities including St Margaret's Hospice and the Lifeboats. Our volunteers are mostly local committee members of these organisations or members of the Cattistock Hunt. We are most grateful to them all and all our volunteer jump judges. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants. All other cars WILL be charged £10 to include a programme.
