REFUND POLICY - 100% refund will be given for withdrawals before Ballot Date. Thereafter entries replaced will receive a full refund subject to a £12 admin charge (Rule 4.11).

STABLING
Stabling is available locally. A list of providers is found on the Competitors' information pate at www.cumbriahorsetrials.com.
PRIZES
Rosettes to 10th place in all sections. BE90, BE100 & BE105 prize money. Cumbria Challenge Trophy 2018 for the highest placed horse/rider combination competing in all classes. Points can be accumulated at all the Cumbrian BE affiliated events, of which the best 4 scores will count. The 2018 trophy will be presented at The Mane Event Ball at the end of the season.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Frenchfield has sandy going on permanent pasture across undulating farmland on the edge of Penrith. Excellent spectator viewing with wonderful views across to the Lake District.

SPECIAL NOTICES
In case of ABANDONMENT please phone 07443621686. ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted, except for disabled access. Provision wil be made for disabled persons to have suitable access to the administration area, dressage, show jumping and a designated area on the cross country. DOGS must be kept on leads at all times. Tradestand enquiries to Lucinda Weymouth. Entrance Policy: No Charge for BE and Cumbria Horse Trials members. £10 per car on event days.

Grid Reference: NY540298. The event is located off the A686 (Penrith to Alston Road), about 1.30 miles from the Penrith Kemplay roundabout. It will be signposted from the roundabout.
