CLASSES AND FEES

Please advise which day you would prefer to compete, preference will be given to those that can do either day.
Please advise if you can do dressage on day before.


ENTRIES

Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 948 4015 13. Please make cheques payable to H & H Events Ltd. Send entries to the Entries Secretary. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name and class on back). Please enclose separate 250mm x 176mm (A5 size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. FAXED entries will NOT be accepted.
INTERNET entries are preferred on http://www.britisheventing.com.
WITHDRAWALS by 29/03/2010 08:00 PM by telephoning 01594 529543 / 01291 624944 / 07771 656518 or email as above. REFUND POLICY: 100% refunds before ballot date, no refunds after ballot date.
STARTING TIMES are available between 01/04/2010 06:00 PM and 01/04/2010 08:00 PM on 01594 529543. Starting Times also available on website http://www.britisheventing.com.
Starting Fees include a programme.


STABLING

Stabling to be arranged off-site, please send SAE for list of stabling.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Brand new course running on well drained old turf on the site of the Curre and Llangibby Point to Point, will be encouraging and suitable for 1st timers.


SPECIAL NOTICES

In case of ABANDONMENT please phone Organisers.
ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted.
DOGS must be kept on leads at all times. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants. STARTERS will receive a discount on their start fee at our next event at Glanusk in July, collect details at secretaries tent on day at Howick.

ONLY 11 miles from the M4/M5 INTERCHANGE and 3 miles from SEVERN BRIDGE on B4293 off the A466 at Chepstow Racecourse - Lorry toll is now same as car if you have living accommodation.
