The CCI1* will run without Steeplechase. The 3 day BE100 & BE100Open will run with steeplechase.
QUALIFICATIONS - Details of qualifications for the CCI1*, 3 day BE100 & BE100Open must be filled in on the entry form.
CCI1* - the trot up will take place on Wednesday afternoon followed by a riders' briefing.
All 3 day BE 100 - The only trot up will be on Sunday morning before the Show Jumping.

DRESSAGE TIMINGS - It may be necessary for some Novice 1 day dressage to take place on Thursday, please state on your entry form if you are UNABLE to do so. In the event of a ballot, preference will be given to Novice 1 Day able to complete their dressage on Thursday. NO ALTERATIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY HAS BEEN GIVEN.
Please make cheques payable to ALDON EVENTING. Send entries to the Secretary. Separate cheques with stabling & stabling form are required for each horse. Please write horses' names on back of each cheque. Please only enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse if you do not have access to the internet. Entries for the Three Day must be made on the official 3DE entry form. Include stabling fees with entry fee. Bounced cheques will be subject to a surcharge. NO double entries.

All stabling will be on site £35.00 for Thursday or Friday night, £45.00 for Saturday night, £115.00 for 3 or more nights. Only straw will be provided, shavings will be available to buy. CCI competitors must stable on site. BE 100 3 Day classes need not stable. ALL STABLING REQUESTS AND ALTERATIONS AFTER THE BALLOT DATE MUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE STABLING SECRETARY WITH ANY PAYMENT.
The CIC1* will incorporate a 5 & 6 Year Old class. Please state eligibility on entry form.
Intermediate - Mid limit prize money. Novice and BE100 - Upper Limit Prize money.
CCI1*: 1st £600, 2nd £500, 3rd £400, 4th £300, 5th £300, 6th £300 etc.
BE 1003D: 1st £400, 2nd £350, 3rd £300, 4th £250, 5th £200, 6th £190 etc.
3 day BE100, BE100Open & CIC1*: The George Pinney Memorial Trophy will be awarded to the highest placed competitor who is a member of or connected to the Cattistock Hunt or Cattistock Pony Club. Please state eligibility on entry form.
BE 1003D & CCI1* prizegiving - Mounted Prizegiving to take place in the Showjumping Arena after the Showjumping.
The course is all grass undulating parkland, and the going excellent in all weather. Difficult fences have easy alternatives.
10-MINUTE HALT BOX - Extra officials will be on duty to help competitors with their countdown.
Refreshments available throughout the event. Hot meals will be served in the Rugby Club morning and evening. The Rugby Club bar will be open in the evenings. Hot showers are available in the Rugby Club.

This event is run entirely by volunteers in aid of the St Margaret Hospice, Yeovil, the Home Farm Trust & the Cattistock Hunt. ENTRANCE POLICY - Each car displaying a current BE membership card will be admitted including all occupants.
