ENTRIES

Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 831 8392 20. Please make cheques payable to Blackdown Hills Cross Country. Send entries to the ENTRIES SECRETARY. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. FAXED entries will NOT be accepted.
WITHDRAWALS by 02/05/2007 06:00 PM by telephoning the Entries Secretary on 01395 568130. REFUND POLICY - 100% refund will be given for withdrawals received in writing before ballot date. Refunds for withdrawals received in writing after the ballot date will be made, where places are filled from the Wait List, less a fee of £10.

STABLING

Some local stabling is available at £20 per night including VAT. Stabling includes straw. Shavings available at £5 extra per bale to be booked in advance and paid for on arrival. No refunds for stabling after withdrawal date. Send forms and fees to the Entries Secretary.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

A galloping course with excellent viewing over rolling countryside and lovely views to Exmoor and the Brendon Hills. It will be up to height and fair for first timers but ask enough questions to make a competition.

ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING

Hot and cold food available throughout the event. Accommodation list is available from the Organiser - please send SAE.

DOGS must be kept on leads at all times.

LOCATION

Grid reference ST133087 - on the northern edge of Dunkeswell airfield.. From A30: exit at Honiton (eastern exit) and follow signs to Dunkeswell. Go through the village and across the airfield. The event is 1.2miles from the start of the airfield on the right.
From M5: exit at Junction 27 and take A38 towards Wellington. Turn left to Culmstock. Drive through the village and follow signs. See website for detailed directions.
