CLASSES AND FEES
No late surcharge fee but late entries will only be accepted if there is space . In the event of the classes becoming full a waiting list will be held by the organiser.
***PLEASE NOTE*** For current BE members, there is a £4 discount on all Jump Training classes.
A new addition to the Jump Training Championships for 2013 is the introduction of a team competition. This involves 3 combinations, who are entering the competition as normal, nominating themselves as a team. Each team must comprise an entrant in each of the 3 classes (at BE80, BE90 and BE100 level) and must be declared on collection of the number of the BE80 competitor on the day of competition. The team with the best overall score will qualify for a team place at the Championship Final to be held at Solihull Riding Club on 23rd March 2013. You may replace one member of your team only for the Championships and this replacement must ride in the appropriate level. (ie if a BE100 competitor is replaced then they must be replaced with someone competing at that level). If a combination qualifies as part of a team only they will compete at the Championships but only be eligible for the team prizes.
All competitors must have a free lifetime registration number from BE at the time of entering. This can be done online at www.britisheventing.com
Please make cheques payable to British Eventing. Please send a separate cheque for each venue if entering more than one competition. Entries are preferred online at www.britisheventing.com. A booking fee of £1.00 will be charge per entry. Postal entries can be made by downloading the relevant form from the JT page of the BE site.
Withdrawals should be made to the secretary preferably by email prior to the closing date.
Refunds will only be given after close of entries on production of a medical/ veterinary certificate. Withdrawals made prior to the close of entries will be refunded in full.
Times are given for each competitor. These will be available online at www.britisheventing.com or between 6.00pm and 7.00pm by telephoning 07866 514831 on 17/1/13
