CLASSES AND FEES
Majority of Dressage will take place on Wednesday 2 May - The balance of Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country will take place on Thursday. The Starting Order for these Championships will be drawn and all riders must be prepared to do dressage on either day.

STABLING
Onsite stabling (to include 2 bales of shavings) available at £140 (including VAT). Please apply and pay for stabling when making entry. No stabling allocated after 3 April (closing date). The stabling will be available from Tues 1 May to the night of Sunday 6 May (inclusive). Stabling costs will be refunded less £15.00 admin charge to any withdrawals on or before 15th April 2012.
PRIZES
BE100 & BE90: Prize Money and other prizes will be published on the website and in the programme.

PASSESAll competitors will be sent a pass for their horsebox/trailer and 2 personal admission badges for the whole of the International Event. Two further car passes (together with 2 Thursday personal admission tickets per pass - no personal admission tickets required for the Wednesday), valid for the Grassroots Championships days only will also be sent for each horse. COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course will follow part of the route of the International Event, from Huntsmans Close to the Quarry via the Lake. The course will again be reversed. All permanent pasture.
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
Horseboxes and vehicles towing trailers ONLY will be permitted to remain on site overnight. There are no facilities for further caravans / tents on site. The details for booking a further caravan/tent/live-in horsebox into the International Event Camping Site can be found at

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES will not be permitted.
DOGS must be kept on leads at all times. ENTRANCE POLICY - BE Officials and Organisers car passes and BE membership cards do not give admission to the event. Eligible Officials and Organisers will as usual be notified that they are able to apply for separate passes.
